Srishti is one of the core members of Algaescan team. She has been the main driving force in executing various tasks, while not just meeting but beating all the deadlines. Dr. Tashfeen realized the need for developing Algaescan- a database that could be of use to researchers in industry and academia for information related to algae that could be cultivated for extraction of various chemicals. Dr. Arif has been actively involved in Algaescan from its conceptual stage. His inputs and insights has steered the efforts to give Algaescan its current form. He is an active researcher focused on studying the role of cancer associated bacterial infections in cancer etiology.
